How does this work?

Our business floral service is designed as a smooth, end‑to‑end process that respects your time, brand, and space. We begin with an initial consultation to understand your company’s image, customer profile, traffic patterns, and any practical constraints such as safety, access, and cleaning schedules. This can be held on‑site or online, depending on what works best for your team.

Next, we conduct a detailed on‑site visit. Here we assess lighting, temperature, sightlines, and key focal points such as reception, meeting rooms, entrances, and executive areas. We also review your existing interior design, materials, and brand colors so that every floral element feels intentional and integrated rather than added on top.

Based on these insights, we prepare a custom design proposal. This includes suggested locations, arrangement styles, color palettes, and a recommended service frequency—weekly, bi‑weekly, or seasonal. We can also create different concepts for regular days versus peak seasons, launches, or VIP visits, giving you a clear picture of how your space will look throughout the year.

Once the concept is approved, we move to the selection of flowers and style. We curate blooms and greenery that align with your brand colors, interior finishes, and desired atmosphere—whether that’s calm and minimal, bold and expressive, or classic and timeless. We balance aesthetics with practicality, choosing varieties that perform well in your environment and within your budget.

Installation is carefully planned around your business hours. Our team works discreetly and efficiently, arriving on time and coordinating with reception, security, and facilities staff as needed. We minimize disruption to your clients and employees, ensuring that set‑ups, swaps, and removals happen smoothly and quietly.

Ongoing maintenance or regular refreshes are tailored to your schedule: weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly, or seasonal rotations. We monitor freshness, replace stems before they fade, and adjust designs for special events, holidays, or peak seasons.
